Ellis Farms wants you to be happy with the trees you purchase from us. We will make every effort to choose trees to your specifications. We also invite customers, new and old, to visit the farm and tag the trees that best suit their projects.

Terms
Regular terms are cash; however, we will be pleased to make credit arrangements upon receipt of written application from established concerns. All established accounts are net 30 days. 2% discount applies net 10 days of delivery.

 

Preliminary Lien Information
For the benefit of the landscape contractor and Ellis Farms, we request the name and address of the following:
--Developer or Owner

--General Contractor

--Lender

On all landscape job sites where we deliver on credit, a material release will be issued upon payment of account.
